All orders are shipped from our workshop in Spain. 

Orders will be shipped with the shipping company that, depending on the delivery destination, best suits the shipping times and guarantees. 

You will receive the tracking number of your order via email once it has been shipped. 

Shipping costs will be calculated on the payment screen. 

*Please note that, depending on the country of destination, there may be delays for reasons beyond our control (Covid-19, customs, etc.). The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and countries customs fees. The customer is responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 15 days of the receipt of the order. Conditions: 

- The product must be unworn, undamaged and unused.

- The product must be returned in its original packaging, with its labels, hang tags attached and other included accessories intact. 

Shipping costs for your order in case of return are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

We will not be responsible for any customs charge or fee attached to the shipment when passing Spanish customs. 

Once we have received the return, we will check that the above conditions are met and proceed to refund the amount paid for the returned product. The refund will be made within 15 days. 

In case the return does not meet our conditions, it will be rejected and the product will be sent back to the customer.

EXCHANGES

We don't make exchanges. If you want to exchange a product, you will need to make a return and then buy the product you want again.
